Retóricas de un futuro incierto (Rhetorics of an Uncertain Future)

Retóricas de un futuro incierto (Rhetorics of an Uncertain Future) is an transmedia exhibition that focuses on the topics costal habitat loss, global warming, and the effects of climate change due to human activity on the planet. The exhibition included a series of six drawings made up of silhouettes black of coastal animals that have been mutilated, these narrate a larger story and that give rise to this project. Also, a video, sculptural objects and a mural that occupies the walls of the gallery and expands into space through a transmedia narrative in social networks and ultimately a website. The works and the curatorial text are deliberately proposed to persuade the audience about the impact of being human in relation to the natural environment, and how this reality poses uncertain futures for every organism that inhabits the planet.
